Application scenarios of acrylic stickers: Commercial signage and industrial fields
Commercial signage and industrial fields have long been the traditional strongholds of acrylic stickers. Their durability and professionalism have been fully proven in these scenarios.
Hotel and Service Industry Signage: The cold and hot water faucet labels are a classic application of acrylic stickers. High-quality products are produced using screen printing technology, with clear text and water-resistant and sun-resistant properties. They come with 3M strong adhesive backing, ensuring a secure and non-翘边 (lifting) installation. The surface is coated with a scratch-resistant protective film. Although these signs are small in size (ranging from 3.6 cm in diameter to 4×11 cm), they are subjected to high-frequency use and cleaning agent wiping every day, and therefore require extremely high material standards. The smooth surface of the acrylic material is easy to clean and does not accumulate dirt, meeting hygiene requirements.
Public Facilities Indicative System: In places such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings, a large number of guiding signs, safety warnings, floor navigation signs, etc. are made using acrylic stickers. Their excellent weather resistance ensures that they do not fade or deform over a long period of time in indoor lighting and air-conditioned environments. Some products also come with reminder messages such as "Save Water" and "Be Careful of Burns", combining functionality with humanistic care.

Industrial equipment identification: The pipeline markings in factory workshops, equipment nameplates, and safety warning signs need to withstand long-term exposure to oil, temperature changes, and mechanical vibrations. Acrylic foam tape stands out in such scenarios - its fully acrylic structural substrate has excellent shock resistance, sealing properties, and chemical resistance, and can replace rivets and screws for permanent fixation. The unique foam structure can evenly distribute stress and prevent thin materials from deforming or metal fatigue.
Automobile accessory decoration: Decorative strips, threshold strips, wheel arcs, signs, etc. in the automotive industry are extensively fixed with acrylic tape. These products need to withstand long-term exposure to outdoor sunlight, rain, significant temperature fluctuations, and wind pressure from high-speed driving. The UV resistance and high-temperature resistance properties of acrylic materials ensure the reliability of the bonding under extreme conditions.
